By using the platform, you agree to these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. In these
terms and conditions, the words “platform” refers to the MyEasyDrop mobile application and
the MyEasyDrop website together, “we”, “us”, “our”, and “MyEasyDrop”, refers to MyEasyDrop,
and “you”, and “user”, refers to you, the MyEasyDrop user (Users and Drivers).
The following terms and conditions apply to your use of the platform. This includes mobile and
tablet versions, as well as any other version of MyEasyDrop accessible via desktop, mobile,
tablet, social media or other devices.
PLEASE READ THESE CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING AND USING THE
FUNCTIONALITIES AVAILABLE ON THE PLATFORM.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the platform, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms
of this agreement, you must not use our platform. We may modify this agreement from time to
time, and such modification will be effective upon posting on the platform. You agree to be
bound by any modification of these terms and conditions when you use MyEasyDrop after the
posting of such modification; therefore, it is important that you review this agreement regularly.
By downloading and using the platform, you represent and warrant that you have full right,
power and authority to enter into this agreement and to fully perform all of your obligations
hereunder. You further represent and warrant that you are not under any legal incapacity or
contractual restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
2. NOTIFICATIONS
By providing your email address to MyEasyDrop, you agree that we may use your email address
to send you notifications and other messages, such as changes to platform functionality, news
and special content. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may opt-out of receiving
them by submitting your unsubscribe request through the contact information or by using the
“unsubscribe” option in the emails. Unsubscribing may prevent you from receiving notifications
and emails about updates, news or special content related to MyEasyDrop.
3. DRIVERS
3.1. Registration
By registering with MyEasyDrop, the Driver agrees to provide parcel and merchandise courier
services to Users and to accept order requests through the platform. The Driver agrees to
complete the registration process by providing accurate and up-to-date information, including
personal data, driver’s license, vehicle information and any other necessary documentation. The
platform has the right to verify this information and reject registrations that do not meet the
requirements.
The Driver may accept or reject order requests at its discretion, considering factors such as
distance and package size. Once an order is accepted, the Driver undertakes to deliver within
the agreed terms. The Driver is responsible for the security and integrity of the packages from
collection to delivery. Any incident must be reported immediately to both the platform and the
relevant user.
The Driver shall comply with all laws and regulations applicable to courier services, including
transit and transport regulations. Furthermore, he/she agrees to use the platform only to
manage orders, maintaining the confidentiality of user information and respecting the
platform’s privacy policies.
Acceptance of these terms is mandatory for use of the platform. Failure to comply may result in
the suspension or termination of the Driver’s access to the platform.
3.2. Account
If you register with MyEasyDrop, you will be asked to choose a password and you may be asked
for additional information about your account according to the registration form available on
the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and
account information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password
or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify MyEasyDrop of any unauthorised use of your
password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you log out from your
account at the end of each session. You may never use another user’s account without prior
authorisation from MyEasyDrop. MyEasyDrop will not be liable for any loss or damage arising
from your failure to comply with this agreement.
Drivers may cancel their accounts at any time and for any reason through the account settings
or by sending us their request through our contact information. Such cancellation will only result
in the deletion of the account and the deletion of all personal data provided to MyEasyDrop.
MyEasyDrop reserves the right to terminate your account or your access immediately, with or
without notice, and without liability to you, if MyEasyDrop believes that you have violated any
of these terms and/or have provided MyEasyDrop with false or misleading information.
3.3. Service Requests
By using MyEasyDrop, the Driver has the ability to accept order requests from Users to pick up
and deliver parcels and goods. The Driver may choose the requests that best suit his
specifications and availability, considering the dimensions of the package and the distance
between the pick-up point and the delivery address. The price of the courier service will be
determined based on these variables and will be communicated to the Driver prior to
acceptance of the order.
Once the Driver accepts an order request, he undertakes to perform the courier service in
accordance with the specifications set out in the request, including, but not limited to, the pick-
up and delivery schedule, the conditions of handling and care of the package, and any other
instructions provided by the User or the platform. The Driver shall ensure that the package or
goods arrive in the same condition in which they were picked up and perform the delivery in an
efficient and safe manner.
The Driver also agrees to inform the platform and the User of any circumstances that may affect
the collection or delivery of the package, including delays, accidents or problems with the
specifications of the package. In case of any inconvenience or dispute related to the service
provided, the Driver agrees to follow the guidelines and procedures established by MyEasyDrop
for its resolution.
This clause reflects the Driver’s commitment to provide a quality service, respecting
MyEasyDrop’s regulations and policies. Failure to comply with any of these terms may result in
the suspension or termination of the Driver’s access to the platform.
3.4. Commissions and withdrawals
For each messaging service provided through MyEasyDrop, the Driver agrees to pay a
percentage commission to the platform. This percentage represents compensation for the use,
maintenance and operation of the platform and will be calculated on the total amount paid by
Users for each service. The exact amount of the commission will be clearly specified on the
platform before the Driver accepts each service request.
The value of the commission will be automatically deducted from the total payment made by
Users before the remaining balance is credited to the Driver’s account on the platform. The
Driver will be able to view the details of each transaction, including the total amount of the
service, the commission deducted and the net balance credited, in their user account.
The Driver is free to withdraw the funds accumulated in his account at any time, subject to the
procedures and limitations established by MyEasyDrop. In order to withdraw funds, the Driver
shall provide and keep his/her banking information up to date on the platform. Withdrawals will
be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions established by the Platform and the
Driver’s banking institution.
MyEasyDrop reserves the right to modify the commission percentage, payment terms and
withdrawal procedures at any time. Any changes to these terms will be communicated to the
Driver with reasonable notice via the platform or by email.
4. USERS
4.1. Account
If you register with MyEasyDrop, you will be asked to choose a password and you may be asked
for additional information about your account according to the registration form available on
the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and
account information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password
or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify MyEasyDrop of any unauthorized use of your
password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you log out from your
account at the end of each session. You may never use another user’s account without prior
authorization from MyEasyDrop. MyEasyDrop will not be liable for any loss or damage arising
from your failure to comply with this agreement.

by sending us their request through our contact information. Such cancellation will only result
in the deletion of the account and the deletion of all personal data provided to MyEasyDrop.
MyEasyDrop reserves the right to terminate your account or your access immediately, with or
without notice, and without liability to you, if MyEasyDrop believes that you have violated any
of these terms, provided MyEasyDrop with false or misleading information, or interfered with
another user’s use of the platform or service.
4.2. Order requests
MyEasyDrop users have the possibility to create courier order requests by providing all the
necessary information about the package or goods to be transported. This information includes,
among other things, a description of the contents of the package, its physical dimensions and
approximate weight, as well as the specific pick-up and delivery addresses.
By placing an order request, the User agrees to provide accurate and complete information that
accurately reflects the characteristics of the package. This information is crucial for the Drivers
to properly evaluate the request and for the correct calculation of the cost of the service.
Payment for the courier service must be made at the time the User completes the order request
and before any Driver accepts the request. Prices will be automatically calculated by the
platform based on the dimensions of the package, the distance between the collection and
delivery points, and other relevant factors.
Users will be able to pay for order requests using a variety of payment methods, including credit
or debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. The Platform ensures the protection and
security of payment data through the use of encryption technologies and compliance with
applicable data security standards.
Once the order request has been paid for and accepted by a Driver, the User will receive a
confirmation together with the details of the assigned Driver and the estimated pick-up and
delivery time. Users are responsible for ensuring that packages are ready and accessible for
collection at the agreed time.
MyEasyDrop undertakes to provide assistance in the event of any queries or problems related
to the order request, including, but not limited to, changes to the order, problems with payment
or dissatisfaction with the service received.
The User agrees that compliance with these terms is essential for the efficient and safe use of
the messaging services offered by the platform and that any violation of these terms may result
in the suspension or limitation of the User’s access to the platform services.
4.3. Prohibited goods and packages
Users of MyEasyDrop undertake not to use the courier services offered for the transport of
prohibited goods and prohibited goods. Prohibited items and goods are understood to be those
goods which by their nature, composition or condition, are prohibited by law, local, national and
international regulations, or which may represent a risk to public safety, the environment,
people’s health or the integrity of the Drivers and other goods.
This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, the following types of items:
• Illegal or controlled substances: Drugs, narcotics, psychotropic substances, precursor
chemicals and any other substance whose possession, use or transport is illegal.
• Hazardous materials: Explosives, firearms, ammunition, hazardous chemicals,
radioactive, biological or toxic materials.
• Unauthorized perishable items: Food or other goods requiring refrigeration or special
handling without proper authorization and transport conditions.
• Live animals: The transport of live animals without complying with specific regulations
for their transport.
• Stolen or illegally acquired goods: Any item whose provenance is illicit or questionable.
• Items infringing intellectual property rights: Goods that are counterfeit or violate
copyright, trademark or other intellectual property laws.
• Items of exceptional value: Jewelry, works of art, antiques and other goods of high
economic or sentimental value without proper safeguards and insurance.
The User is responsible for ensuring that the items to be transported comply with all applicable
laws and regulations. In the event that a Driver or MyEasyDrop identifies a violation of this
clause, it reserves the right to refuse service, inform the relevant authorities and take
appropriate legal action.
MyEasyDrop assumes no responsibility for prohibited items and goods that are shipped through
its service. The User who violates this clause shall be liable for all legal consequences, including
fines, penalties and legal proceedings that may arise.
4.4. Completion of the service
Users undertake to deliver the packages destined for the courier service to the specified
collection address, directly to the assigned Driver, at the agreed time and date. It is the
responsibility of the User to ensure that the package is correctly prepared, packed and ready for
collection at the agreed time. Any delay or unforeseen delay in the delivery of the package to
the Driver may result in the cancellation of the service or additional charges, as set out in
MyEasyDrop’s policies.
Once the package has been picked up by the Driver, the User will have the possibility to track
the status and location of the shipment through the functionalities provided by the platform.
This tracking function aims to provide peace of mind and transparency during the delivery
process.
Upon successful delivery of the package to the destination address, the User will receive a
notification via the platform. It is the User’s responsibility to check and confirm receipt of the
package. Once the delivery is confirmed, the User must mark the service as completed on the
platform. This action is crucial to close the service cycle and for the Driver to receive the
corresponding compensation for the service provided.
In case of discrepancies or problems with the delivery (e.g. if the package is not delivered, or if
there are problems with the status of the package), the User must immediately contact
MyEasyDrop customer service to resolve the situation. MyEasyDrop will facilitate
communication between the User and the Driver to resolve any disputes or claims related to the
delivery.
5. LIIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MyEasyDrop acts solely as an intermediary between Users and Drivers to facilitate messaging
services. Therefore, MyEasyDrop’s responsibility is limited to the management and availability
of its online platform. MyEasyDrop is not responsible for acts, omissions, conduct, quality of
service, security, or any aspect directly related to the courier service performed by the Drivers,
including the loss or theft of packages during the delivery process.
MyEasyDrop provides its service on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any
kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. MyEasyDrop does not warrant the
accuracy, timeliness, security, completeness, or quality of the services offered through its
platform, nor the integrity or security of packages during the courier process.
In no event shall MyEasyDrop, its directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of
profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to, use of,
or inability to access or use the platform; (ii) any conduct or content of third parties on the
platform, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other
users or third parties; (iii) any content obtained from the platform; and (iv) unauthorised access,
use or alteration of your transmissions or content, or the loss or theft of packages, whether
based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or
not we have been advised of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth
herein has failed of its essential purpose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyEasyDrop, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees
and partners, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made
by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of MyEasyDrop
services, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
6. CHAT AND MESSAGING
The platform contains chat areas or messaging services to enable communication between
users. The user may only use the chat or messaging service to send and receive messages that
are relevant and specific to the purposes of the platform. The user may NOT use the chat or
messaging service available on the platform to perform any of the following actions:
• Send messages that are defamatory, violent, profane, harassing, obscene, threatening
or messages that otherwise violate the legal rights of users or third parties, including
MyEasyDrop staff.
• Send messages of a sexual or pornographic nature.
• Send messages that promote illegal activities.
• Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
• Impersonate another person or user or allow any other person or entity to use your
account to send messages or otherwise use your account.
• Repeatedly send the same message. Spamming is strictly prohibited.
• Imply or assert that any statement you make is endorsed by MyEasyDrop, without
MyEasyDrop’s prior written consent.
• Post offensive and/or harmful messages, including, but not limited to, content that
advocates, supports, condones or promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of
any kind against any individual or group of individuals.
• Use the platform to collect personal data from users.
Any breach or violation of the provisions contained in these terms may result in the suspension
of the offending user’s account, with or without notice and without the right to compensation.
7. FEEDBACK SYSTEM
On MyEasyDrop, after the completion of each courier service, both Users and Drivers have the
opportunity to rate each other and leave comments about the service experience. This feedback
process is critical to maintaining the quality and reliability of the platform.
Once a courier service is marked as completed, a review and feedback system will be activated
on the platform, where both Users and Drivers will be able to rate each other. This evaluation
will consist of a numerical rating and the option to leave a written comment. The aim of this
function is to provide an honest and respectful assessment of the service received or provided,
including aspects such as punctuality, treatment, efficiency and care of the package.
MyEasyDrop reserves the right to review and moderate comments to ensure that they comply
with the policies of use and do not contain offensive, discriminatory language, or in any way
violate the rules of respect and coexistence of the community. Inappropriate or abusive
comments may be deleted, and in serious cases, could lead to the suspension or cancellation of
the account of the offending User or Driver.
Comments and ratings are public and will be available for viewing by other users of the platform.
Both Users and Drivers are expected to use this system responsibly and constructively, as the
reviews generated contribute significantly to the trust and safety within the MyEasyDrop
community.
8. LICENSE TO USE THE PLATFORM
MyEasyDrop grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive
license to use the MyEasyDrop platform and downloadable via Google Play and App Store free
of charge, including but not limited to modified versions, updates, upgrades, enhancements,
improvements, additions, additions and copies, if any. This license is for the sole purpose of
allowing you to use the features available on the Platform in the manner permitted by these
terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of our platform or the included
software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of such software,
unless such restrictions are prohibited by law, or unless you have our written permission.
The user agrees not to use the platform in a negligent, fraudulent or unlawful manner. It also
undertakes not to carry out any conduct or action that could damage the image, interests or
rights of MyEasyDrop or third parties.
MyEasyDrop reserves the right to terminate the user’s access immediately, with or without
notice, and without liability to the user, if MyEasyDrop considers that the user has violated any
of these terms.
9. COPYRIGHT
All material and content on the platform, including but not limited to names, logos, trademarks,
games, images, text, columns, music, graphics, videos, photographs, illustrations, software and
other items, are protected by copyrights, trademarks and/or other intellectual property rights
owned and controlled by MyEasyDrop or our users who have licensed or otherwise provided
their material to the platform. You acknowledge and agree that all Materials on MyEasyDrop are
made available for limited, non-commercial, personal use only. Except as specifically provided
herein. No material may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, downloaded, posted,
transmitted, or distributed in any way, or otherwise used for any purpose, by any person or
entity, without MyEasyDrop prior express written permission. You may not add, delete, distort,
or otherwise modify the material. Any unauthorized attempt to modify any material, to defeat
or circumvent any security features, or to utilize MyEasyDrop or any part of the material for any
purpose other than its intended purposes is strictly prohibited.
10. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
MyEasyDrop will respond to all inquiries, complaints and claims regarding alleged infringement
for failure to comply with or violation of the provisions contained in the Digital Millennium
Copyright Act (DMCA). MyEasyDrop respects the intellectual property of others, and expects
users to do the same. If you believe, in good faith, that any material provided on or in connection
with the website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property right, please send us
your copyright infringement request pursuant to Section 512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright
Act (DMCA), via our contact information, with the following information:
• Identification of the intellectual property right that is allegedly infringed. All relevant
registration numbers or a statement regarding ownership of the work should be
included.
• A statement that specifically identifies the location of the infringing material, in
sufficient detail so that MyEasyDrop can find it on the platform.
• Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the allegedly
infringing material is not authorised by the copyright owner, or its agents, or by law.
• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your
notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on its
behalf.
• An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or of the person authorised
to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
11. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The following activities are prohibited:
• Access, monitor, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, copy
or otherwise exploit any content of the platform, including but not limited to, using any
robot, spider, scraper or other automated means or any manual process for any purpose
not in accordance with this agreement or without our express written permission.
• Violate the restrictions in any robot exclusion headers on the platform or bypass or
circumvent other measures employed to prevent or limit access to the platform.
• Take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our discretion, an unreasonable or
disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
• Deep-link to any portion of the platform for any purpose without our express written
permission.
• “Frame”, “mirror” or otherwise incorporate any part of the platform into any other
websites or Service without our prior written authorization.
• Attempt to modify, translate, adapt, edit, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer
any software programs used by MyEasyDrop.
• Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the platform
or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content.
12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Due to the nature of the Internet, MyEasyDrop provides and maintains the platform on an “as
is”, “as available” basis and does not promise that use of the platform will be uninterrupted or
error-free. We will not be liable to you if we are unable to provide the platform and the
functionality included on the platform for any reason beyond our control.
Except as provided above we can give no other warranties, conditions or other terms, express
or implied, statutory or otherwise and all such terms are hereby excluded to the maximum
extent permitted by law.
You will be responsible for any breach of these terms by you and if you use the platform in
breach of these terms you will be liable to and will reimburse MyEasyDrop for any loss or damage
caused as a result.
MyEasyDrop shall not be liable for any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this
Agreement if such failure is due to the occurrence of any unforeseen event beyond its
reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet outages, communications outages,
fire, flood, or any uncontrollable act of nature.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer which are available to you.
Subject as aforesaid, to the maximum extent permitted by law, MyEasyDrop excludes liability
for any loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising, including without limitation any direct,
indirect or consequential loss whether or not such arises out of any problem you notify to
MyEasyDrop and MyEasyDrop shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation,
including without limitation all liability in relation to:
• Any incorrect or inaccurate information on the platform.
• The infringement by any person of any Intellectual Property Rights of any third party
caused by their use of the platform.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your use or the inability to use the platform or
resulting from unauthorized access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in
circumstances which are beyond our control.
• Any loss of profit, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other
loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.
• Any amount or kind of loss or damage due to viruses or other malicious software that
may infect a user’s computer equipment, software, data or other property caused by
persons accessing or using content from the platform or from transmissions via emails
or attachments received from MyEasyDrop.
• All representations, warranties, conditions and other terms which but for this notice
would have effect.
13. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
MyEasyDrop will not accept any responsibility for failed, partial or garbled computer
transmissions, for any breakdown, failure, connection or availability of computer, telephone,
network, electronic or Internet hardware or software, for Internet accessibility or availability or
traffic congestion or for any unauthorised human acts, including any errors or mistakes.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the platform, its officers, employees, affiliates
and suppliers against any claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable
legal fees) resulting from or related to your misuse of the platform or violation of this clause.
15. CHANGES
We may change the platform and these terms at any time, in our sole discretion and without
notice to you. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about these terms. Your
continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms and
any changes will supersede all previous versions of the terms. Unless otherwise specified herein,
all changes to these terms apply to all users take effect.
16. INTEGRATION CLAUSE
This agreement together with the privacy policy and any other legal notices published by
MyEasyDrop, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and MyEasyDrop concerning
and governs your use of the platform.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any section of these terms is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and
enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired. Our
failure to enforce or delay in enforcing any provision of these terms at any time does not waive
our right to enforce the same or any other provision in the future.
18. FORCE MAJEURE
MyEasyDrop shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable
control, including but not limited to acts of God, acts of civil authorities, acts of military
authorities, riots, acts of nature and natural disasters, and other acts that may be due to
unforeseen circumstances.
19. TERMINATION
Both the user and MyEasyDrop acknowledge that failure to comply with these terms and
conditions may result in termination of the agreement between both parties.
In case of non-compliance by the user: If the user fails to comply with any of the terms set forth
in these terms and conditions, MyEasyDrop reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the user’s
access to and use of the platform. MyEasyDrop may take this action without prior notice, and
the User will automatically lose all rights to access and use the platform. Furthermore,
MyEasyDrop shall not be liable for any loss of data or information associated with the user’s
account.
In case of non-compliance by MyEasyDrop: If MyEasyDrop fails to comply with its obligations
under the agreed terms and conditions, the User shall be entitled to terminate the agreement
and stop using the platform. The user shall notify MyEasyDrop in writing of the breach and allow
a reasonable time for MyEasyDrop to remedy the situation. If MyEasyDrop does not remedy the
breach within the set period, the user may proceed with the termination of the agreement.
Termination of the agreement shall not release either party from any obligations and liabilities
that have arisen prior to the date of termination.
Continued use of the platform after termination of the agreement by either party shall imply
acceptance of the conditions set forth in the terms and conditions in effect at that time.
20. DISPUTES
You acknowledge and agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to
these terms and conditions, whether for breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or
validity, as well as any aspect of the use of the platform, shall preferably be resolved by binding
arbitration between you and MyEasyDrop. However, the right of both parties to bring individual
claims before a court of competent jurisdiction if deemed necessary remains.
In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the use of the platform or breach of these
terms and conditions, both parties agree to seek a solution through an arbitration process. This
process will be carried out before a recognised and respected arbitration entity, selected by
mutual agreement of both parties and following the applicable commercial arbitration rules.
In addition, the user agrees, to the extent permitted by applicable law, not to initiate, join or
participate in class action lawsuits associated with any claim, dispute or controversy that may
